SC Detailed Judgement dated 21st August, 2024 in Monal Restaurant Case

This is Supreme Court’ detailed judgement in the case titled as “The Monal Group of Companies, Islamabad v. Capital Development Authority (CDA) through its Chairman, Islamabad and others.” The three member bench judgement was authored by Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Qazi Faez Isa and was uploaded on SC website on 21st of August, 2024.
